Veronica Accornero is Senior Manager of Research at the ASPCA, where she conducts research and program evaluation in the areas of high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter services and training and access to veterinary care. Veronica earned her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Louisiana State University. After serving on the faculty at the University of Miami Miller School Medicine for more than 15 years, Veronica joined the ASPCA in 2018. She is experienced in evaluating interventions and programs, conducting longitudinal research, and developing measurement tools. A lifelong animal lover, Veronica currently lives in the Raleigh, NC, area with her family, two cats and two dogs.
