We’re excited to share a new resource from the folks who brought you the Shelter Employee Engagement and Development Survey, also known as SeeDs.
What: Volunteer Program Assessment (VPA), a comprehensive diagnostic survey focused specifically on the volunteer experience
For Whom: Animal shelters with at least 30 volunteers and a brick-and-mortar location
Why: We know how much you rely on your volunteers. VPA’s overarching vision is to help you understand the strengths and growth areas of your volunteer program from the perspective of your volunteers. VPA provides insight into the strategic management of your volunteer resources, and also compares results against other animal welfare organizations.
When: This amazing free service is available now, but hurry—applicants are considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
How: To learn more and/or apply, visit VPA online.
